New Dominion Philanthropy Metrics’ experience of program assessment using sample surveys, monitoring and evaluation of philanthropic programs, includes a survey of PEPFAR sponsored HIV/AIDS programs assessing the impact of their educational programs.  In addition to surveying the programs, we performed a study examining Ethiopia ’s internet and cell phone capabilities in order to determine appropriate technological tools to aid in program M&E.
